At Elite Event Caterers we can provide everything that you need for your wedding day. Our design team can produce a fabulous wedding stage for you and it can contain any or all of your own ideas for your big day, and it can incorporate ideas that we come up with as well, if you wish.
Stage décor can contain a wide range of different elements including floral drapes, flowers, mirrors, decorative stones, and more, and can be customised to your own requirements based on your preferred colours and your budget. Superb quality ornate seating is always included.
Our catering staff can produce a huge range of different dishes based on the different regions of India. Among other things, we are Punjabi caterers, and in many cases the Punjabi foods are vegetarian, but may also contain some meats such as chicken and lamb and fish dishes like Salmon Ke Solay or Fish Koliwada.
We can provide you with a bespoke wedding catering package that will cover everything. When it comes to Punjabi dining, we have a huge choice of different Punjabi foods that we can prepare and serve for you, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian: the choice is always yours. So, for instance, after the ceremony itself is over you could start off your wedding breakfast with cocktails and canapes such as Bageeche Ke Kebab, Paneer Potli, Cocktail Vegetable Samosa, or Hallumi and Tomato Skewers. If you like a non-vegetarian selection, how about Spiced Lamb Strips, Prawn Lasooni, or Thai Sesame Chicken?
Then we have a big choice of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters. Perhaps you would like Cocktail Pau Bhaji, Achari Paneer Tikka, or Vegetable Soya Samosa, or if you prefer non-vegetarian there’s Murgh Malai Tikka or Boti Kebab.
Of course, for the main course for your wedding breakfast the same thing applies. You can choose from a long list of vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes, or you can have both if some guests are vegetarian and others are not. Everything will be prepared by our skilled chefs so that it is exactly the way that you want it.
